R.A.F.A. (Real Agents For Agents) was founded in response to a pivotal moment in the real estate industry. The market had shifted — dramatically. Inventory levels surged by over 600% compared to just two years prior, turning a once tight sellers' market into a landscape flooded with listings. Buyers had more choices, and real estate agents, particularly newer ones, faced mounting pressure to stand out and deliver results.

At the same time, the NAR (National Association of Realtors) settlement brought sweeping changes to how buyer’s agent commissions were handled. Clients, now more informed and cost-conscious, began asking tougher questions: "What exactly are you doing to earn your commission?" This marked a new era of accountability, transparency, and performance-driven service in real estate.

R.A.F.A.  emerged as a solution, created by real agents who understood these challenges firsthand. We recognized a unique opportunity to bridge the generational divide in the industry. Real estate is increasingly dominated by two distinct forces: the tech-savvy younger generation, equipped with digital tools and social media fluency — and seasoned, well-established Realtors who bring decades of experience, strong negotiation skills, and deep networks.
